Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Her Haus Wellness Studio website, member portal, intake forms, schedule, shop, SMS tools, and related services. By using the site or submitting information to Her Haus Wellness LLC, you agree to these terms.
Accounts, Access, and Member Information
You agree to provide accurate information when using our intake forms, member portal, scheduling tools, checkout, or staff-assisted services. You are responsible for keeping your login, SMS verification, member code, QR code, PIN, Touch Pass, and device access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access credentials have been used without permission.
Memberships, Credits, and Classes
Membership options, credits, class availability, booking rules, upgrades, cancellations, no-shows, and studio policies may vary by plan and may also be governed by a signed member services agreement or waiver. Only active members or approved guests may reserve member-only sessions. If you visit the studio without a booked class, we may still log the visit for safety, attendance, and access history.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe, cash at counter when offered, or another Her Haus-approved payment method. Subscription memberships renew according to the plan selected unless canceled under the applicable membership agreement. You authorize Her Haus and its payment providers to process payments, taxes, fees, refunds, and adjustments related to your purchases or memberships.
Health, Safety, and Studio Rules
Fitness, strength training, Pilates, conditioning, recovery, and wellness activities involve risk. You should consult a medical professional before beginning or changing a fitness program. You agree to follow posted rules, trainer instructions, access-control requirements, and safety directions while using Her Haus services or facilities.
Member Agreement and Waivers
Her Haus may require a member services agreement, waiver, intake form, or other document before membership activation, class booking, door access, or participation. If a required document is missing or incomplete, access to some services may be paused until the document is completed.
Shop Orders
Merchandise, apparel, class add-ons, and studio essentials are subject to availability. Product images, colors, pricing, and descriptions may change. Pickup, returns, exchanges, and order adjustments are handled under the shop or studio policies shown at checkout or communicated by the Her Haus team.
Messages and Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Her Haus may contact you about intake, appointments, class bookings, membership billing, orders, access, support, and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help, reply STOP to supported SMS messages to opt out, or contact us for help.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the site or member tools to submit false information, spam, malicious code, unauthorized payment information, or content that interferes with the website, studio operations, other members, or third-party systems.
Intellectual Property
The Her Haus name, logos, website design, copy, photos, videos, class names, graphics, and software features are owned by or licensed to Her Haus Wellness LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the website, features, prices, policies, and these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
